MEETING
Our senior technical expert meets the customer and provides all the information required by the customer
Sign Up
The customer signs up by paying a nominal non-refundable sign-up amount
CRM
CRM, who will now handle all customer queries till project completion, is introduced to the customer
Initiation

Designer
The interior designer, in consultation with the customer, finalises the design
Advance Collection
The estimate for the interiors is finalised and an advance is collected from the customer
Production
The project completion of 45 days starts on release of advance, or finalisation of design and estimate.
CRM Updates
CRM sends updates to the customer regarding the status of work
Balance Payment
Official Intimation is sent to the customer on production completion and balance payment of 40% is collected before shipment of materials to use
Installation
The site engineer take over and installation work takes 10-15 days for completion

Site inspection
After completion of work, site inspection is done to ascertain the approved design and the scope of work is implemented as per the prescribed quality standards
Handover
On completion of inspection, final handover is carried out, by signing off with the customer, submitting the handover documents, and taking feedback
