Terms and Conditions

PURVA WOODWORKS - PURVA STREAKS - INTERIORS DIVISION OF PURAVANKARA LTD.

All products and services provided by Purva Streaks to customers are subject to the following terms and conditions. Customers are deemed to have accepted these terms upon placement of an order with us.

  1. The prices quoted for goods and services are based on the design as per attached documents. Any change in design or specification of materials, if requested by the customer, shall result in change in prices quoted accordingly.
  2. Purva Streaks shall charge a Non-refundable Registration/Design Fee of INR 25,000/- against submission of the application, which shall be adjusted against the final bill.
  3. Purva Streaks will commence and handover the interiors along with the property upon receipt of an authorization letter from the customer.
  4. All cheques/DDs are to be drawn in favor of PURVA WOODWORKS PVT LTD. (as per details mentioned below). Please courier to our registered office address:

  5. The registration/design fees / sign up / advance / balance payment will be non-refundable / non-redeemable / non-adjustable in the event the customer opts to cancel the order after signing the contract or acknowledging the terms via email. Every design is unique and customized; hence, advance payments once made shall not be refunded or adjusted.
  6. Applicable taxes will be charged at the time of billing.
  7. All designs and specifications provided by Purva Streaks are indicative and based on customer requirements. Puravankara Ltd. may, at its discretion, modify or substitute materials or components due to product unavailability or procurement constraints. Equivalent or superior alternatives will be proposed, and changes will be made only after customer approval.
  8. Warranty: Purva Streaks extends a 3-year warranty for woodwork and panel products. Warranty excludes wear and tear, damage caused by third parties, movement of materials, and acts of God. Natural variations in materials (color, texture, grain) are not covered.
  9. Guarantee and warranty on accessories and white goods shall be extended back-to-back as presented by the respective supplier.
  10. Any change in specifications/materials other than recommended ones shall be undertaken at the risk of the customer.
  11. Warranty on white goods will be directly provided by our principal suppliers.
    • Outsourced items (like chimneys, hobs, high-end accessories) may extend delivery timelines due to availability. Customers will be notified accordingly.
    • Electrical or power outages at the property may affect project delivery timelines.
  12. Quotation: Prices include all overheads and transportation. Costs for additional materials, design changes, or site modifications will be charged separately. Quotation validity: 3 months from date of issue.
  13. Payment Terms:
    • 10% advance upon first cut (Revision 1) and estimate approval.
    • 50% advance upon final approval of 2D and 3D designs.
    • Remaining 40% before dispatch to project site (registration amount adjusted in final bill).
    • Any site-related charges (CRM/Builder/Association) are borne by the customer.
    • Additional work beyond original scope requires full payment for the new work and clearance of pending dues.
    • Only written commitments by authorized Purva Streaks personnel are valid. Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled/refunded.
    • Warranty cards and keys will be handed over after clearance of all dues. Leftover materials remain Purva Streaks’ property.
  14. All payments and settlements with Purva Streaks shall be independent and not interconnected with other settlements.
  15. Project Commencement: Interiors/Contract work begins upon receipt of 60% advance and house keys. Timelines depend on project scope. A grace period of 30 days may be taken if necessary, with prior notice to the customer.
  16. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or claim shall first be resolved amicably. Failing that, it shall be referred to a mutually appointed sole arbitrator as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Only Bengaluru courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  17. Defects Liability: Any defects must be reported within 60 days from completion intimation. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

Note: The registration/design/sign-up fees are non-refundable, non-redeemable, and non-adjustable if the customer cancels the order after contract signing or acknowledging the email regarding the same.
